I started using this software a few weeks ago. I had been searching for software to organize my diet, cleaning, and organize when my bills need to be paid, and organizing things to do. It has a calendar where you can install the Holidays for USA and others like Canada, UK, and International. It comes in 25 different Languages.
I really enjoy using this software! It is very easy to use and the help file is simple to understand, I am using the free version, which doesn’t have all the features, but has enough features to organize my life. It also comes with a password protected mode which is great if you have other people using your computer. They can’t get in and look at the information you have.
It comes with a calendar, contacts, events, tasks, diary, notes, password manager, Favorite URL’s, Search and recycling bin. I use the calendar for reminders of birthdays and holidays. It is also great to set up reminder as to when to send out your Christmas cards, etc.
The events are where all the calendar dates are. I go in there and have added my family’s birthdays. It can also be used for parties, dinners, etc. I use the contacts to keep track of all my friends and their address’. I have also started to add the link to their facebook in the comments section. Works great!
The tasks manager is great; the tasks come up on the Today screen, which is what I set the program to open up as the main screen. It also has a box on the Today screen which you can check as soon as the task is completed.
The Diary I use to keep track of my food intake. I am current on a diet and is a great way to keep track of the food I eat. I don’t care about calories, fat, etc as I am on a diet that consists of protein, dairy, vegetables, fruits, water, coffee…the essentials. You can also add photos in the paid version.
In the notes, I copied my grocery list file and keep it there. It is easy to go through the list and add more foods to it. I absolutely love the desk top notes.
When I am at my computer and think of something that needs to be done on that day, I put in the information and it will sit on my desktop which makes it easy to remember to do!
I have not yet used the Password manager yet. It stores the passwords for email account, FTP [File transport protocol, transfers file from the computer to the internet], registration codes for your software, etc. It seems to be a great addition to the program.
It comes with 7 different programs themes.
I recommend that you download and try the free version. This program comes with many possibilities. It is all about imagination and what you have to accomplish!
